Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Queeny Cosmetics takes great pride in our reputation for our quality. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to being dispatched to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or not what you have ordered please contact us within 48 hours from receiving your goods.

We will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items only where:

  • The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging.
  •  Please provide details (including photos).
  • Queeny Cosmetics has been contacted within 48 hours of receiving your goods
  • The goods are returned within 14 working days of contacting Queeny Cosmetics
  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided
  • Shipping is excluded. Once you have returned the Products to us (and your own cost within 14 days of purchase of the Products) we will process the refund. (Please note this does not affect any legal rights you may have. For any Products that are damaged prior to you receiving them, we will pay the cost of returning these by post. We encourage you to use a trackable service as any lost returns cannot be reimbursed).

    Alternatively, we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:

    • Are faulty (unless caused by the customer)
    • Have been wrongly described
    • Are different to the goods that you ordered

    All returns must be returned to Queeny Cosmetics within 14 working days from contacting the office to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges for international customers.

    Please note: Card refunds may take up to 7 – 10 working days for your bank to process. This can vary greatly between issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this. Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

    Faulty Goods

    Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or has a defect. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of the customer is not classified as faulty.

    Return Shipping

    Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method used to ensure safe and documented delivery. Queeny Cosmetics takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
